It comes in two varieties: garza fina and garza grossa, differing in the size of the weave.
Garza grossa has a more pronounced weave, characterized by an irregular and distinct structure. This feature makes ties made from this material considered less formal. Is it really so? That’s a matter of individual interpretation. Undoubtedly, for more formal outfits, the fina variety might be slightly more suitable. However, we wouldn’t disqualify Grossa.
