Product details
Is a grey blazer a good idea? Definitely!
Grey is a popular base colour, but it is not so often used in sports jackets – which is a shame! It can look subdued yet eye-catching, especially if you use a patterned fabric as in this case. Pepita is a design for everyone, as it does not optically disrupt the silhouette. The grey shade of the jacket likes both cool muted colours and softens strong colour accents. Such a jacket is also a good idea for those who like the colour black. It will contrast well with black formal trousers or jeans, turtleneck or t-shirt. The overlapping pockets in the shape of a pocket (derived from Italian tailoring) give the jacket a casual look as well as a utilitarian feel.
The jacket has been sewn using the half-canvas method. The canvas chest padding means that the longer you wear it, the more it will conform to your shape. The material from which it is sewn is a real innovation in the world of classic men’s fashion.
Woven by Italian manufacturer Carlo Barbera, renowned for its innovative solutions, it has an unprecedented spatial structure. Its main components are the commonly toned wool and tencel, which is gaining increasing popularity. It is a raw material extracted from wood cellulose. Its fibres are extremely smooth and soft, which contributes to the gentle grip of the fabric it is made from. The structure of the fabric is set on an internal polyamide mesh, which determines the high durability of the fabric. The 2 % elastane will make the jacket even more comfortable. The 250/290 g weight is ideal from early autumn to late spring.
