Most of its construction elements align with what characterizes the Harrington: elastic cuffs at the bottom, slanted button-fastened pockets, a stand-up collar, and a metal zipper. However, its cut and how it fits the silhouette correspond to how typical aviator jackets look. All of this makes it perfect for everyday wear, almost any less formal occasion. The fabric used for this jacket comes from the Italian manufacturer Albini. They specialize in cotton fabrics, mainly for shirts. However, lately, they have expanded their range to include heavier cotton and technical fabrics. Here, we’re dealing with a durable material that is a blend of cotton and polyamide. Not only is the fabric tear-resistant, but it also has a hydrophobic layer. Light or even heavy rain won’t make a dent in it.
