This informal suit is crafted from exceptional summer fabric – Seersucker. The name “seersucker” originates from the Persian language, specifically from the words “shir” and “shakar,” meaning milk and sugar, as the structure combines two textures, smooth and puckered. It was woven to provide the best wearing comfort. Not only is it lightweight, but it’s also naturally elastic and breathable. This is achieved through a technological process called “slack-tension weave,” which involves varying tension on segments of yarn during the weaving process. A suit made from this fabric has a very casual character.

It’s a proposition for those who appreciate the classic form of a suit and want to wear it every day, not because they have to, but because they want to. We’ve finished the whole ensemble with typical details of Italian tailoring. The lapel buttonhole is hand-stitched with silk thread (milanese), patch pockets have a bellows-like shape (tasca a pignata), the shirt sleeve is sewn in (spalla camicia), and the breast pocket is cut with a slight curve (barchetta).

It’s hard to find a more comfortable suit. A single canvas chest piece will mold to your shape the longer you wear it. Minimal padding in the shoulders will allow for greater freedom of movement. Trousers with a high waist will proportion our silhouette correctly (visually lengthening the legs), and double pleats will provide comfort in the hips.
