Green is experiencing a renaissance in classic men’s fashion, so there is always room for it in our collections. This time, we decided to sew the jacket and trousers in the same fabric to give a greater choice of sizes.

This is undoubtedly one of our favourites – how can you not succumb to a double-breasted blazer in green flannel?

We often hear the question, “Are double-breasted cuts back in favour?”. Definitely! Jackets of this cut are the quintessence of classic masculine elegance. They work very well when you want to stand out in a subtle way. As mentioned, in this case we opted for a dark green warm shade. This colour is very versatile as it combines well with most colours. By combining green with earthy colours, you will achieve muted styles with low contrasts. With base colours like grey or navy, you’ll give the jacket a more distinctive feel.

The jacket has been sewn using the half-canvas method. The canvas chest padding means that the longer you wear it, the more it will conform to your shape. Minimal shoulder padding will influence greater freedom of movement. The pointed lapels will emphasise the contrast between the shoulders and waist. The fabric from which the trousers are sewn is a thicker 350g flannel from the Italian weaving mill Angelico. It is warm, does not crease and keeps its shape even when worn heavily.
