Ferla is an exceptional brand highly esteemed in the textile industry. The fabric used for this suit consists of linen, wool, silk, and polyamide. You might wonder why synthetic fiber is included in a luxurious fabric? The manufacturer specializes in unique fabrics with unparalleled designs.
Its structures often significantly differ from what other weavers present. To achieve such effects and durability, Ferla has developed a technology that constructs the fabric on a binding yarn mesh. It is not visible to the naked eye in the fabric. It is made of an extremely thin polyamide fiber, which does not affect the feel or appearance of the fabric in any way but solely plays a technical role in the fabric. Despite the use of other noble fibers, the fabric is stable and durable, thus maintaining its original form for a longer period, pleasing the eye.
Such yarns are significantly more expensive than typical linear yarns. At the same time, they allow for the development of unconventional and exceptional fabric qualities. We must mention that the use of polyamide fiber is in no way associated with cost reduction or choosing cheaper raw materials.
