The white-navy striped shirt is a classic with character. Less formal, distinctive, yet still very versatile, it’s an ideal choice for those who want to introduce patterns into their shirt collection and aren’t afraid to do so. The high color contrast adds expressiveness to the outfit.
Even in the early 20th century, a shirt was considered an undergarment. Today, it is one of the most important elements of clothing. However, the qualities that indicate quality craftsmanship and comfortable wear have not changed. As this layer has direct contact with our body, it’s worth examining the details that make it comfortable to wear.
The fabric of our shirt is 100% Albini cotton. The unique pattern of the fabric combines two of the most popular cotton fabric weaves, twill, and Oxford. From up close, you’ll notice the combination of twill with Oxford, undoubtedly giving the shirt a unique character. Thanks to natural fibers and a loose weave, the skin will have guaranteed comfort. This weave is suitable for both casual and semi-formal outfits in daily wear, such as business meetings, work, outings with friends, or a weekend stroll.
The spread collar we’ve used is one of the most versatile choices. It suits many occasions and looks great with or without a tie. Its spread and lapel size ensure a neat fit to the jacket lapels.
We entrusted the tailoring of our shirt collection to the best Polish tailors. This ensures that the quality of the stitching will not disappoint. Durable seams finished with the lingerie method not only look aesthetic but also prevent skin irritation from internal seams. Mother-of-pearl buttons are attached with the Florentine method on a shank using the Ascolite technique, making them nearly impossible to detach. A stitch density above 6 per cm indicates the highest quality craftsmanship. The split yoke contributes to a better-fitted back construction and increased flexibility. Speaking of the cut, we aimed to achieve a construction that is the perfect balance between fit and comfort. The waist is emphasized, and the sleeves are not overly narrow.
