Refund policy

All products purchased on www.herse.com can be returned within 14 days from their delivery date. The returned goods must be in an unaltered condition, without any damage, in the original packaging, and with the tags and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) attached.

It is also required to fill out and include with the shipment the return form available here.

Please be mindful of choosing a reliable courier with the ability to track the shipment, as the risk and costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Upon receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund to the provided bank account.

In the case of exchanging goods for a different type or size, a similar procedure applies. In this case, however, we recommend placing a new order to avoid a situation where the item sells out during the return process.
