RETURN POLICY
All products purchased on www.herse.com can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. For the return to be accepted, the goods must be in intact condition, without any damage, in their original packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase included.
HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN? (NEW, FASTER WAY)
We have introduced convenient online returns – you no longer need to print a paper form! It only takes a few clicks:

Log in to your account: Click this link: https://account.herse.com/ (or use the profile icon in the store menu).

Enter your email address and click "Continue" (you don't need a password).

Enter the verification code: Check your inbox. You will receive a message from us with a 6-digit code. Copy it and enter it on the store website.

Select products: Find the order you want to return and click "Request return". Select the items you are sending back, choose a return reason, and (optionally) add a note for our store.

Confirm: Click "Request return" again.
Once your request is approved by our team, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions.

Important: Shipping costs and risks associated with the return are borne by the Buyer. Please ensure you choose a reliable courier and keep the tracking number.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds: After receiving and verifying the returned goods, we will promptly refund the money to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Product exchange: The exchange procedure (e.g., for a different size) consists of returning the ill-fitting product and placing a new order. We recommend placing a new order immediately – this avoids the risk of the item selling out while your return is in transit.
